                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   SEWER EASEMENTS FROM LARRY M. YOTHER AND
                   DONNA H. YOTHER, RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO.
                   76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT
                   NOS. 243, 244, 245 AND 246, FOR A TOTAL
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED
                   AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($3,200.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of sewer easements from Larry M. Yother and Donna H.
       Yother, relative to Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection
       System, Tract Nos. 243 ($2,000.00), 244 ($400.00), 245 ($400.00), 

       and 246 ($400.00), for a total consideration of $3,200.00.
